RETREAT SCHEDULE

The retreat will begin on Friday evening at 7:00 PM, with an opening session and ceremony. All times are in Eastern Standard Time Zone. Opportunities for scheduled Individual Energy Healing Sessions will be available during break times.​

FRIDAY

  • Check-in and Opening Session
  • 5:00 – 7:00 pm ~ Check-in/Meet & Greet/Light Dinner
  • 7:00 -9pm ~ Opening Ceremony-(Sage cleansing and Creating a Sacred Space) Sound Meditation Around Campfire, Drumming, Rattles

SATURDAY

  • 8:00 – 9:00 am ~ Light Refreshments, Herbal Tea and Fruit
  • 9:00 – 10:00 am ~ Morning Session – Cacao
  • 9:00 – 11:30 am ~ Morning Session – Breathwork
  • 11:30 -12:00 pm ~ Q&A Session
  • 12:00 pm – 2:30 pm ~ Light Lunch & Free Time
  • 2:30 – 3:30 pm ~ Afternoon Session – Discussions on Power Animals, Spirit Guides, and other helping guides. Meditation and Shamanic Journeying,
  • 3:30 – 5:30 pm ~ Break 
  • 5:30 – 6:30 pm ~ Light Dinner
  • 6:30 pm – Soul Journey Meditations, Connections of the 5th Kind, and more!

SUNDAY

  • 8:00 – 9:00 am ~ Light Breakfast
  • 9:30 – 10:00 am ~ Final Session.
  • 10:00 – 11:00 am ~ Closing Ceremony & Sharing
  • Depart (check-out by 12 PM midday)

Please note that check-in is available from 5:30 PM on the arrival day and check-out is by 12 PM on the departure day.

Time with us as enjoyable as possible.

Reminder of Things to bring:
Any food or snacks if you have special dietary needs ( a vegan menu is included)
Bug Spray, Sunscreen in season
Flashlights (optional)
Swimming Attire for Pool (in season) and Hot Tub
Misc toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc…) some provided
Water Shoes or flip flops for the Pool (in season) and Hot Tub
Walking shoes for outdoor walks
Comfortable casual clothes ( Tea Shirts, Jeans, Modest Shorts, Jacket, Hoodie etc)
Journal or Notebook ( recommended)

House Rules

  • Quiet time is between 11pm and 8am
– No Smoking allowed in Rooms or Indoors ( designated area only).

Swimming Pool Rules ( in season)
Swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty.
Proper swimming attire must be worn in the pool at all times.
Glass containers and other breakable items are not allowed in or around the pool area.
Boisterous behavior and feats of daring exhibitions that could jeopardize your personal safety and the safety of others are prohibited.
Noise, such as audio equipment and/or voice levels, must be maintained at a minimum volume.
Please help us maintain a clean environment in the pool and patio area. Remove all trash and personal belongings.

Other things to note:

Cell coverage may be limited based on your service. Verizon and Sprint seem to have the strongest signal.
This Pathway Creations site is also an equine facility.

Check-Out Instructions
-Leave all bedding on the bed
-Double check the room and pool area to make sure you have all of your belongings (phone chargers, flashlights, flip flops etc…)
